Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed the same day, provided the order is placed before our daily cut-off time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates We offer shipping within Norway at a flat rate of NOK 72 for packages up to 5 kg.

Delivery Time Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary during busy periods or public holidays.

Carrier We ship with HeltHjem. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Area We currently ship to addresses within Norway only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
